Is your job classification salary not comparable to other water agencies?
Has the District had difficulty in recruiting and retaining in this job classification?
Has the job description changed without an increase in salary?
If you answered yes to any of these questions or have similar concerns about your job classification, the union would like to hear your position.
Equity adjustments for job classifications can be discussed at anytime but the Union has found the District will rarely have discussion and accept equity adjustments outside of negotiations.
The deadline to submit for an equity adjustments for the current 2021 negotiations has passed. The CNT will reach out to the job classifications requesting equity adjustments for their presentation dates.
